April 28, 2018 - Top 5 Finish With NeSmith Series at Talladega Short Track

Pulling double duty in the Super and Crate Late Model ranks, Riley Hickman traveled to Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Alabama) on Friday evening for the annual NASCAR Weekend. In a stout field of 50 NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model entries, Hickman timed in seventh fastest in his qualifying group transferring him into the B-Main. Sending the Top-3 into the opening night feature, Riley landed a 2nd place finish behind Tyler Clem. Starting in 17th, Riley was credited with a 23rd place outing after retiring on lap 11.

In the Super Late Model division, Hickman posted a 3rd place finish in the feature behind Austin Horton and Cory Hedgecock with Donald McIntosh and Jason Hiett completing the Top-5 finishers.

On Saturday night for the $2,500 top prize, Hickman locked his spot into the finale with third fastest time in his qualifying group. Earning the 6th-starting position for the feature, Riley jumped up two spots in the 50-lap affair to place 4th behind Ronnie Johnson, Andy Picklesimer, and Michael Page with Heath Hindman coming in 5th. During the same night in a field of 40 Southern All Star Series entries, Riley Hickman notched a 5th place finish in the $4,000-to-win feature trailing Austin Horton, Ronnie Johnson, Michael Page, and Cory Hedgecock across the finish line.

April 21, 2018 - Hickman Bags Podium Finish With SAS at Duck River

On Saturday evening Riley Hickman traveled to Duck River Raceway Park (Wheel, Tennessee) making his first start of the season with the Southern All Star Series. With 27 cars on hand competing for the $4,000 payday in the feature, Hickman reeled in a 3rd place finish behind Tanner English and Terry English with Eric Hickerson and Jadon Frame completing the Top-5 finishers.

April 14, 2018 - Runner-up Finish With Chevy 525 Series at Boyd's

Riley Hickman made the short trip to Boyd’s Speedway (Ringgold, Georgia) on Friday night for the Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series sanctioned contest. Laying down the second fastest time in a field of 22 cars, Hickman earned the 2nd-starting position for the $2,500-to-win A-Main. Holding his spot for all 40-laps, Riley landed a 2nd place finish behind Ronnie Johnson with Dale Thurman, Cruz Skinner, and Jake Knowles completing the Top-5 finishers. (Thomas Hendrickson photo)

Saturday night brought Hickman to Dixie Speedway (Woodstock, Georgia) competing in a field of 24 Super Late Models. Coming one spot shy of a Top-5 finish in the feature, Riley posted a 6th place outing in the 40-lap affair.
