July 21st, 2017 - Hickman Posts Top 5 Finish in Southern Nationals Stop at Senoia

On Tuesday night Riley Hickman debuted in the Schaeffer Oil Southern Nationals Series for the $3,500-top prize at 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tennessee). Drawing 29 cars for the third stop of the tour, Hickman recorded the fifth fastest time in his qualifying group before charging to an 8-lap heat race victory. Returning with the Schaeffer Oil Southern Nationals Series, Riley was one of 37 Super Late Models signed in at Senoia Raceway (Senoia, Georgia) on Thursday evening. After traffic on the way to the track held him from making hot-laps, Hickman qualified fastest overall in his group locking him on the front row alongside Donald McIntosh for the feature. The following night brought 28 entries to Swainsboro Raceway (Swainsboro, Georgia) for the $5,300-to-win A-Main. Laying down the fastest time overall in qualifying, Riley earned the pole position for the main event. After building a comfortable lead in the opening laps, Hickman got caught behind a spinning car while distancing himself from the field which ended his night immediately. July 8th, 2017 - Top 5 with Southern All Star Series at Thunderhill

Following the Southern All Star Series, Riley Hickman visited Thunderhill Raceway (Summertown, Tennessee) on Saturday night for the Thunderhill 40. With 24 cars signed in, Hickman timed in ninth fastest in qualifying locking him on the fifth row for the $4,000-to-win feature. Breaking into a Top 5 finish, Riley advanced five positions in the 40-lapper recording a 4th place spot behind Dane Dacus, Brad Skinner, and Austin Horton with Jason Welshan coming in 5th.

July 2nd, 2017 - Podium Finish in Fourth of July Special at Wartburg Speedway

On Saturday night Riley Hickman returned with the Southern All Star series for the Michael Head Jr. Memorial at Senoia Raceway (Senoia, Georgia). Drawing 36 Super Late Models for the event honoring the late son of former SAS champion Mike Head, Riley timed in seventh fastest in qualifying earning him the 7th-startng position for the $5,454-to-win A-Main. Holding his spot for all 54-laps, Riley Hickman recorded a 7th place outing.

After Mother Nature washed out his night on Sunday at Rome Speedway (Rome, Georgia), Hickman headed to Wartburg Speedway (Wartburg, Tennessee) on Monday for the $3,000 top prize. Bringing home a podium finish in the feature, Riley notched a 2nd place spot behind Eddie King Jr. with Anthony White, Mike Weeks, and Tim Ladd completing the Top 5 finishers.
