February 27th, 2016 - Riley Hickmans Wins in Crate Late Model at Cochran

Riley Hickman traveled to Cochran Motor Speedway (Cochran, Georgia) on Saturday competing in both the Super and Crate Late Model divisions. Drawing twenty-six Late Models for the Southern All Star Series opener, Hickman earned a 10th place starting spot for the feature via preliminary results. Battling for a $5,000 payday, Riley gained five spots in the 50-lapper scoring a 5th place finish behind Brandon Overton, Dale McDowell, Casey Roberts, and Jordy Nipper.

With thirty-one Crate Late Models signed on Saturday for the NeSmith RockAuto.com Winter Shootout, Riley captured a podium finish in the 30-lap Daytime Duel feature. Paying $2,000 to the winner, Hickman landed a 3rd place finish behind Pearson Lee Williams and Montana Dudley with Chelsey Dixon and Ben Faircloth rounding out the top five.

The following night in a field of twenty-one Late Models, Riley Hickman posted the fastest time in qualifying earning him a front row spot for the feature starting alongside Casey Roberts. Battling for another $5,000 payday, Riley notched a runner-up finish in the 50-lap affair behind Roberts with Brandon Overton, Jordy Nipper, and Hunter Peacock completing the top five.

On Sunday afternoon for the final NeSmith Winter Shootout event of the weekend, Riley earned the pole position starting spot for the feature after recording the fastest time in qualifying out of a field of twenty-eight cars. With $2,000 on the line, Hickman led the entire distance of the feature capturing his first victory of the 2016 season with Jimmy Thomas, Chase Edge, Robbie Metts, and Chelsey Dixon trailing him across the finish line. February 20th, 2016 - Hickman Notches Podium Finish at WinterFest

Making the trip to Winchester Speedway (Winchester, Tennessee), Riley was one of thirty-one Super Late Models signed on Saturday night for the unsanctioned WinterFest. Earning a 10th place starting spot for the feature via preliminary events, Hickman ran into issues early on the 5th lap of the feature. Making contact with another competitor, Riley Hickman battled back in the remaining 35 laps to score a 3rd place finish behind John Owenby and Dylan Ames with Jason Hiett and David Brannon rounding out the top five.
